Frequently asked questions

Yes, many shopping centre pop-up spaces allow businesses to sell products directly to customers. However, permitted product categories and trading conditions vary between shopping centres. When submitting your booking request, you'll be asked to provide details about the products or services you intend to offer. The shopping centre will review your campaign to ensure it aligns with its retail mix and centre guidelines before approving the booking.

Pop-up spaces are suitable for a wide range of businesses, including retailers, food brands (where permitted), automotive companies, healthcare providers, financial services, telecommunications, charities, educational organisations, tourism operators and local businesses. Whether you're selling products, promoting a service or building brand awareness, a shopping centre pop-up provides an effective way to connect with customers in person.

A pop-up space is a temporary promotional area located within the common mall of a shopping centre. These spaces are ideal for businesses wanting to showcase products, launch new services, generate leads, conduct product demonstrations or engage directly with shoppers. Pop-up spaces are available for short or long-term campaigns and offer excellent visibility in high-traffic areas. All bookings are subject to shopping centre approval.
