Christmas Market at Sanctuary Cove Carols on the Lawn

Thursday, 10 December 2026 | 4pm–8pm

Be part of the festive atmosphere at Sanctuary Cove’s annual Carols on the Lawn, with applications now open for a Christmas Market.

Held alongside one of Sanctuary Cove’s much-loved Christmas events, the market will bring together a curated collection of stallholders offering beautiful gifts, festive finds and delicious Christmas treats for visitors to browse and enjoy before and throughout the Carols.

We’re looking for

Unique Christmas gifts
Handmade and artisan products
Gourmet Christmas treats
Christmas decorations and festive products
Children’s gifts and toys
Festive novelties
Specialty food and beverage products

We are particularly interested in high-quality, beautifully presented products that complement the premium Sanctuary Cove environment and Christmas event experience.

Food vendors

Food vendors are welcome to apply; however, to complement Sanctuary Cove’s existing restaurants and cafés, food offerings must feature Christmas-themed or festive products, or food not already readily available within the Marine Village.

Applications will be declined where the proposed offering directly duplicates products available from existing Sanctuary Cove businesses or other stalls.

All food vendors must comply with relevant Queensland food safety, licensing and labelling requirements.

Stallholder requirements

All products offered for sale must be of a high quality, safe for use and suitable for a family-friendly Christmas event.

Products must not be offensive, inappropriate or illegal. Sanctuary Cove reserves the right to decline applications or withdraw approval for any product or offering considered unsuitable for the event.

All participating stallholders and food vendors must hold and provide evidence of current Public Liability Insurance for a minimum of $20 million.
