These Communication Rules form part of the legal framework governing use of the anyspaces.com platform and must be read together with the Terms & Conditions, Bookers Agreement, Listers Agreement, Privacy Policy, and any applicable Regional Schedules.

In the event of any inconsistency, those documents prevail.

Purpose of the Communication Channel

The anyspaces.com communication channel is provided to facilitate professional and efficient dialogue between:

• Bookers (individuals or entities seeking to book spaces); and
• Venues (property owners, managers, or authorised representatives listing spaces on the anyspaces.com platform).

All users must engage respectfully and professionally, in accordance with the Terms & Conditions, Bookers Agreement, Listers Agreement, Privacy Policy, and any other applicable legal agreements accepted through the platform.

Scope of Permitted Communication

The communication channel is intended solely for matters directly related to bookings, including:

• clarification of booking details;
• requests for information necessary to assess or fulfil a booking; and
• operational coordination relating to an approved or pending booking.

Communications must be clear, relevant, and appropriate to the booking process.

Use of the communication channel for unrelated, promotional, abusive, misleading, or inappropriate purposes is prohibited.

Legal Status of Communications

Users acknowledge and agree that:

• only agreements or variations formally accepted through the anyspaces.com platform in accordance with its processes are binding.

Confidentiality & Personal Information

Users must not share confidential information or personal details through the communication channel, except where expressly permitted by the platform or reasonably required to fulfil a booking in accordance with the Privacy Policy, including but not limited to:

• email addresses;
• phone numbers;
• physical addresses;
• business names or registration details; or
• any other personal or sensitive information.

Monitoring, Moderation & Enforcement

anyspaces.com reserves the right to:

• monitor, review, audit, and analyse communications exchanged through the platform;
• use communications for operational, training, compliance, escalation, dispute resolution, or legal purposes; and
• edit, remove, restrict, or delete communications that breach platform rules or legal agreements.

These rights may be exercised with or without notice, where lawful, and at any time, to the extent permitted by law.

Consequences of Breach

Failure to comply with these Communication Rules or any applicable platform agreements may result in:

• restriction or suspension of access to the communication channel;
• suspension or termination of platform access;
• cancellation or termination of bookings; and/or
• further enforcement action as permitted under applicable agreements.

Escalation Procedure

Urgent or high-priority matters should be escalated directly to anyspaces.com via the Contact Us page to ensure timely review.

Matters involving medical emergencies, criminal conduct, or immediate safety risks must be reported to the appropriate emergency services or authorities and must not be relied upon as being addressed through the platform.

Legal Responsibility & Disclaimer

anyspaces.com does not verify, endorse, or warrant the accuracy of information exchanged between users via the communication channel.

Users communicate at their own discretion and acknowledge that any reliance on communications is at their own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, anyspaces.com accepts no liability for loss, damage, or reliance arising from communications exchanged through the platform.

Rescheduling, Modifications & Cancellations

Communications relating to changes in booking status, pricing, dates, or terms:

• are subject to review and approval by anyspaces.com;
• must comply with all applicable agreements and platform policies; and
• do not override fees, penalties, cancellation terms, or other obligations.
• No communication constitutes a variation or waiver of contractual terms unless confirmed through the anyspaces.com platform in accordance with its formal processes.

Final Reminder

Failure to comply with these Guidelines may result in suspension or termination of your booking and/or platform access. In the event of any inconsistency, the applicable agreement, Electronic Booking Form, or Regional Schedule prevails.
