Terms & Conditions Agreement

Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

• Have legal authority to enter into agreements on behalf of a business (if applicable).
• Be at least eighteen (18) years old and capable of entering into contracts.
• Complete the account registration process.
• Agree to these Terms and other legal resources forming part of the Agreement.
• Provide accurate contact and payment information.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant compliance with these requirements and commit to using the Service lawfully.

anyspaces.com reserves the right to refuse service, close accounts, and modify eligibility requirements at any time.

1. Term

Upon agreeing to these Terms and signing up for an account, the Agreement commences, initiating the Term. The Term will persist as long as you maintain an anyspaces.com account or until either party terminates the Agreement as per these Terms.

2. Closing Your Account

anyspaces.com may terminate the Agreement at any time where permitted by law, including for breach, risk, misuse, or operational reasons, by notifying you of the termination. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service in accordance with these Terms. Refunds and Venue Payments, if any, are subject to the applicable booking terms and policies. Inactive accounts for 12 or more months may be terminated, with no entitlement to refund for prepaid amounts.

3. Changes

We may modify these Terms by posting revised Terms on our anyspaces.com Site. Updated Terms are effective upon posting, or where required by law, upon reasonable notice. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

We may also change, suspend, or discontinue the Service, any Add-ons, or any features at any time without liability, subject to applicable law.

4. Account and Password

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account name and password. Any activity in your account, authorised or not, is your responsibility. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised access. We are not liable for losses due to stolen or hacked passwords. Keep your contact information complete and accurate.

5. Monitoring & Enforcement

anyspaces.com may monitor, review, and analyse account activity to ensure compliance with these Terms, protect the security and integrity of the platform, and prevent misuse, fraud, or unauthorised access.

We reserve the right to take action where we reasonably suspect a breach of these Terms, including restricting access, suspending or terminating accounts, and investigating activity — with or without prior notice.

Such actions may be taken to protect anyspaces.com, its users, partners, and staff, and to maintain the fairness, reliability, and lawful operation of the Service. anyspaces.com's determination regarding breaches, suspected breaches, or misuse of the Service will be made acting reasonably and in accordance with these Terms.

6. Account Access & Use Restrictions

Your account is intended for use only by you and, where applicable, authorised users within your organisation. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, including external consultants, agents, or competitors.

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. anyspaces.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where unauthorised access, credential sharing, or misuse is detected.

7. Prohibition on Competitive or Improper Use

You must not access or use the Service for the purpose of monitoring availability, pricing, commercial terms, or activity for competitive intelligence, data scraping, or any purpose not directly related to legitimate booking or listing activity.

Use of the platform by competitors, or on behalf of competitors, without prior written consent from anyspaces.com is strictly prohibited.

8. Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

To enhance the security of your account and protect your personal information, you may be required to use Multi-Factor Authentication ("MFA") in addition to your password when accessing certain features of the Service, completing high-risk actions, or as otherwise directed by anyspaces.com. MFA involves verifying your identity using two or more independent factors (for example, a password plus a verification code sent to your device or generated by an authentication app). You agree to comply with anyspaces.com's MFA procedures, including providing accurate contact information for MFA enrolment, and you acknowledge that access to certain actions or areas of the Service may be restricted until MFA setup is complete. If you lose access to your MFA method (for example, loss of a device), you must follow anyspaces.com's secure recovery procedures. Failure to comply with MFA requirements may result in restricted access or account suspension.

(You remain responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication methods and notifying us promptly of any suspected compromise.)

9. Conduct Towards Staff

You agree to interact with anyspaces.com staff in a professional and respectful manner. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where users engage in harassment, abuse, or bad-faith conduct towards our team.

10. Confidential Information

All non-public information available through the Service, including pricing, availability, performance data, and venue or booker details, is confidential and must not be disclosed, shared, or used outside the platform without authorisation.

11. Account Disputes

We do not arbitrate disputes over account ownership. Any disputes must be resolved by the relevant parties outside the platform. Ownership is determined based on various factors. In case of disputes, we may suspend any account involved until the matter is resolved outside anyspaces.com.
