Billing timing by booking length

All confirmed bookings are invoiced when the booking is confirmed. The payment due date and amount payable depend on the length of the booking, with different rules for short, medium and longer bookings.

1-6 Non-consecutive days

Daily invoicing

Ideal for short activations or sampling campaigns. Each day is invoiced separately to simplify tracking and approvals.

7-83 Consecutive days

Weekly invoicing

Best for mid-term activations. Invoices follow a Monday-Sunday billing cycle for structured cash flow.

84+ Consecutive days

Monthly invoicing

Designed for long-term campaigns. Requires a 10% upfront deposit to secure extended bookings.

Important: invoices are created when the booking is confirmed. Payment timing, deposits and due dates are then applied based on the booking duration and agreed payment terms.

What may appear on an invoice

An invoice may include the space fee, approved equipment, optional booking fees, adjustments or other agreed charges depending on the booking. All applicable charges should be visible before payment is completed.

Base rate

Standard rental charge per space

Facilities fee

3.85% of the base rate to facilitate the booking at the venue

Surcharges

Peak periods, seasonal demand, or event pricing

Equipment fees

Charged per inventory item selected

Deposit

10% upfront for long-term bookings (where applicable)

Why automated invoicing helps

Financial clarity accelerates commercial execution. Manual invoicing slows down approvals and increases errors. Automation ensures:

Reduces manual follow up

Bookers and venues can see invoice status and payment progress.

Improves financial visibility

Teams can track invoices, payments and adjustments in one place.

Supports cleaner records

Invoice activity stays connected to bookings and approvals.

Helps reduce missed payments

Overdue and unpaid invoices are easier to identify and action.

Cancellations and invoice adjustments

If a booking is cancelled, changed or requires a correction, invoice adjustments may apply depending on the venue's cancellation terms, booking status and agreed conditions. anyspaces.com keeps invoice changes connected to the booking record so both parties can understand what changed and why.

Cancellation

A booking may be cancelled subject to the venue's cancellation terms.

Reschedule

An invoice may be updated if booking details, dates, fees or approved charges change.
