
This Termination & Cancellation Policy outlines the processes and procedures for requesting or effecting termination or cancellation of licence bookings made through the anyspaces.com platform. All cancellation or termination requests must be submitted using the tools and processes provided within the platform.
This policy must be read together with the Bookers Agreement (Global), the Terms & Conditions, and any applicable Regional Schedule or Electronic Booking Form, which govern all legal rights, obligations, fees, timeframes, and consequences associated with termination or cancellation. Instructions for submitting a cancellation request are available through the anyspaces.com platform and Help Centre.
The Licensor (Venue) or anyspaces.com may terminate a licence agreement:
Termination is effective upon written notice being issued via the anyspaces.com communication and messaging portal, unless otherwise specified.
Where termination occurs due to breach or non-compliance by the Licensee, the Licensee remains liable for all fees, charges, and other amounts in accordance with the Bookers Agreement, Electronic Booking Form, and any applicable Regional Schedule, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Where a licence agreement is terminated or cancelled by the Licensor (Venue) for reasons other than Licensee breach, the Licensor may, subject to the applicable Regional Schedule or Commercial Terms Sheet, remain liable to pay anyspaces.com all or part of the Service Fees, administration fees, or other charges that would otherwise have been payable in connection with the booking.
Any such fees are determined at the discretion of anyspaces.com and do not create any obligation on the Licensor to compensate the Licensee unless expressly agreed in writing.
If the Licensee wishes to terminate or cancel a licence agreement, the Licensee must submit a cancellation request using the designated process within the anyspaces.com platform.
Submission of a cancellation request:
The Licensor will review the request and provide written confirmation, instructions, or conditions via the anyspaces.com communication and messaging portal.
Approval of any cancellation request, and any associated refund, waiver, or fee adjustment, is at the discretion of the Licensor and anyspaces.com, subject to the Bookers Agreement, Electronic Booking Form, and applicable Regional Schedule.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Licensee remains liable for all fees and charges in accordance with those documents.
Requests to amend, reschedule, or vary a licence agreement may be subject to administration, amendment, or cancellation fees.
Any applicable fees, amounts, or conditions will be disclosed in the Electronic Booking Form, applicable Regional Schedule, or otherwise confirmed in writing via the platform.
All administration and amendment fees are applied at the discretion of anyspaces.com unless expressly stated otherwise.
Upon expiry or termination of a licence agreement, the Licensee must immediately:
Failure to comply may result in additional charges, continued accrual of fees, suspension of platform access, and/or enforcement action in accordance with the Bookers Agreement.
This Termination & Cancellation Policy is procedural only and explains how termination and cancellation requests are handled through the anyspaces.com platform.
Contractual rights, liabilities, fees, refunds, notice periods, and enforcement provisions are governed exclusively by the Bookers Agreement, Terms & Conditions, Electronic Booking Form, and any applicable Regional Schedule, which prevail in the event of any inconsistency.
Regional variations may apply depending on the location of the Licensed Area. Users should refer to the applicable Regional Schedule for jurisdiction-specific terms.
